Yulia Lysova is head of Ivanyan & Partners dispute resolution practice group. Her experience includes construction and development disputes, corporate torts and anti-hostile takeover litigation, intellectual property, antitrust and general commercial litigation.
In the area of construction and development disputes Yulia Lysova has recently served as a chief trial counsel for a prominent Moscow development group in a series of multi-million litigations following the invalidation of the investment tender. She also served as a chief counsel for a Moscow government department in a recent major hotel lease litigation.
In the area of corporal torts and anti-hostile takeover litigation Yulia Lysova acted as a counsel in a series of insolvency and civil fraud trials in commercial courts in Russia and as an academic consultant on Russian procedural issues in a civil fraud case in England.
In the developing area of intellectual property litigation Yulia Lysova served as a counsel in allofmp3.ru litigation against a major world payment system company. She also successfully represented clients at the Federal Service for Intellectual property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent) in trade mark disputes.
Yulia Lysova regularly publishes articles in Russian law journals.
