Elena Tychinskaya

Elena Tychinskaya has extensive experience in legislative and expert work in the field of civil and other branches of law.

While working in the State Duma, she took part in support of all stages of the legislative process, she was engaged in the development of concepts and texts of federal laws, explanatory notes and other supporting materials, preparing of amendments to bill drafts.

Elena Tychinskaya also has experience in advising clients on various aspects of corporate law, law of obligations, acquisition and protection of rights to real property, in the area of ​​state regulation of IT, government regulation of imports of products, competition protection, banking.

Elena Tychinskaya is the author of several publications on issues of civil rights, including the monograph "The agreement on the implementation of the functions of the sole executive body of the Economic Society" (2011).

Currently, Elena is a consultant of the Private Law Research Center under the President of the Russian Federation, where she provides the expertise of federal laws, takes part in the development of amendments to the Civil Code of Russia, other federal laws and regulations.
