Evgeny Zhilinskiy

Eugene Zhilinskiy has considerable experience of commercial disputes in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including protection of corporate interests from illegal actions of public authorities, protection of interests of shareholders and holders of non-public businesses from unlawful and unfriendly corporate actions and civil fraud, on the search and tracing of assets, on the protection of investors, including the sphere of development of commercial real estate, on contract enforcement and debt collection.

Eugene Zhilinskiy represents clients from both the plaintiff and the defendant positions in matters of claim or administrative proceedings, and repeatedly represents interests of creditors and insolvency administrators in insolvency proceedings in courts and arbitration courts of Moscow, St. Petersburg and western Siberia.

Eugene Zhilinskiy is the author of several scientific publications on tax law and civil law.
